My passion for health, fitness and overall wellness started at a very young age. I grew up in the suburbs of Westchester playing every sport imaginable and learned many different exercise techniques that were specific to each sport I played. Training was a constant in my life, but so was my innate interest in helping others. It became clear to me as the years passed that I was meant to work one-on-one with individuals in finding their hidden strengths and guiding them towards a more fit, happier and healthier life. I obtained my Training and Nutritional credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and started my own practice as a private personal trainer. Today, I have been solely training people out of their homes in Westchester or virtually with my NYC clientele.
I am devoted to working closely with my clients in helping them achieve their long and short term goals. Together, we increase strength, improve flexibility, burn fat and build lasting confidence. With my training expertise, practical nutritional tips and an overall focus on wellness, my clients surpass their goals and are always setting and conquering new ones.
Fitness is not just a one hour sweat session that you do once. Fitness is a lifestyle; a journey of the self that lasts a lifetime.
